Loving God,

Give our family wisdom. Help us make careful decisions rather than rushed ones. Make us attentive to warning signs, willing to ask questions, and humble enough to accept good advice. Surround us with trustworthy friends, neighbours, teachers, colleagues, and helpers.

Protect our relationships from resentment, dishonesty, and careless words. When tension rises, help us pause and listen. Give us courage to apologise, patience to understand, and wisdom to create healthy boundaries. Teach us that peace is not pretending nothing is wrong, but facing difficulties with truth and love.

Watch over the children and young people in our family. Let them know they are deeply loved. Give them safe adults to turn to, confidence to speak when something feels wrong, and discernment as they grow. Protect their minds from messages that diminish their worth or lead them toward harm.

Care for older relatives and anyone who is unwell, lonely, grieving, or tired. Bring practical support where it is needed. Help us notice when someone is struggling instead of assuming they are fine. Show us how to offer help with gentleness and respect.

Bless our home. May it be a place where people can tell the truth, receive kindness, find rest, and begin again. Guard us from fear that makes us controlling and from distraction that makes us careless. Help us hold one another with love while remembering that each person is ultimately in Your care.

When circumstances are beyond our control, steady us. When there is action we should take, make it clear. Give us calm hearts, wise judgment, and the willingness to seek help.

Keep our family close to what is good. Lead us in compassion, faithfulness, forgiveness, and hope. May Your peace remain with us today and through every season ahead.
